Terms of Use

Last updated September 26, 2026

These terms apply to your use of assetcount.co (the "Site"), operated by Assetcount, Inc. ("Assetcount", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes Assetcount and lets firms request access, book calls, contact us and, once invited, sign in to see the status of their request. Assetcount is in a private preview. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, and requesting access does not guarantee it. If your firm becomes a customer, a separate written agreement will govern the platform, and that agreement controls over these terms where they differ.

Information on the Site

The Site's content is general information about our product and is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Features we describe may change. Sample figures, firms and accounts shown on the Site are illustrative.

Your use of the Site

You agree to give accurate information in any form you submit and to use the Site lawfully. You agree not to:

  • interfere with the Site's operation or security, or try to gain access to parts of it you aren't authorized to use;
  • use automated means to scrape, copy or overload the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • share sign-in links with anyone else or use someone else's.

Ownership

The Site, including its text, design, graphics and code, and the Assetcount name and logo, belong to Assetcount or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify or reuse them otherwise without our written permission. Photography on the Site is used under license from its creators.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party services

Some links take you to services run by others, such as our scheduling provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Assetcount will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
